Evolumeuble SRL takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process

  • When you contact us (WhatsApp, email, phone): name, contact details, location, description of your project, and any photos and budget you send us.
  • As part of a project: site address, plans, measurements, quotes, invoices and correspondence related to the order.
  • When you visit the website: technical data needed for it to work securely (IP address, browser type, pages viewed).

Why we use it

  • To answer your requests and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps)
  • To carry out and follow up your order (contract)
  • To meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation)
  • To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest)

We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising without your consent.

Recipients

Your data is shared only with those who need it for your project: our partner artisans, suppliers, accountant and technical providers (website hosting, email). They are required to protect it.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an order are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. Data related to an order is kept for as long as needed to follow up the project and the guarantee, and accounting records for the period required by law.

Cookies and third-party services

The website only uses cookies needed for it to work, notably to remember your chosen language and keep the site secure. The Client reviews page displays our Google reviews through a third-party service (Trustindex). Buttons to Google, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those services, which apply their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may at any time access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or request its portability, by writing to info@evolumeuble.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
